    An adage to live by.

When you go to a restaurant and see a dish on the menu that is:

    • Somehow named for the restaurant, and
    • Sounds a bit too bizarre to actually taste good?

Order it. Pass not go, collect not $200, just order it and dig in.  Last night's discovery?  Spaghetti a la Castagne - served with chestnut cream sauce and covered in cocoa powder.  Yes, I said "cocoa powder".  It was ridiculously good.

(And while we're on the topic of random personal thoughts this evening: if you're not watching "Dexter", my goodness do you need to be. And not the tame, cleaned-up one that's happening on NBC...go get the season 1 DVD from Amazon/Netflix/your DVD supplier of choice.)
