    Definition of a bad day.

    One that begins with a 12:10am phonecall from a Help Desk whose methodology for triaging a Sev1 ticket was "The user said it needed to be Sev1."

    In case you were wondering, no...it really didn't.

    I need about a thousand volts of caffeine right now.
