    The TV remake of "The Andromeda Strain" gets a reasonable thumbs-up.

    It's always been an excellent story, but the cinematography in the original movie has not aged well so it's a welcome remake.

    It would get a more positive review from me but for my dislike of Benjamin Bratt as an actor.  If you are not so encumbered, you will almost certainly get a big old kick out of it.
