American culture shock.

Out for lunch with a bunch of Aussies and Italians yesterday. One of the poor guys from Brisbane nearly had a coronary:

"Cheeseburger, please."

"What kind of cheese would you like, sir?"

"Uhhh....cheese."

"American, Swiss, Provolone, Cheddar, Pepper Jack..."

"Uhhh...."

At which point I just told the poor guy to order Cheddar and be done with it.
