Usability nifty-ness

So I noticed something about my new Windows Mobile phone (besides the fact that it's really shiny and geeky and stuff.)

Specifically, a thing that allows you to make emergency calls (911, 999, whatever) without unlocking the keypad. Once you see that, you can only really think "Well, duh! Of course you'd want that feature." But I never would've thought of it on my own.

This is why I don't do UAT for smart phones, I suppose. :-)
