    Note to self…

    Remember to check the GPS in the rental car to make sure it’s not set to “Avoid highways”.

    And “Avoid toll roads”.

    And “Avoid U-turns”.

    And, near as I can figure, “Avoid any route that would allow a 40-minute drive to be completed in under 90 minutes.”

    There is a special place in Hell reserved for whoever had that GPS before me.
