    Dogfooding.

    So if you have the brilliant notion of installing ILM "2" onto a 2008 R2 server, make sure that you have a separate box that Exchange can live on if you want to test the Outlook integration piece, as:

    • Exchange 2007 can't install on 2K8 R2 because it's looking for Powershell v1, and
    • Exchange 14 can't install because it's looking for an older version of Powershell v2

    If you have a separate box that Exchange can live on, the rest of the ILM "2" components install fine on the 2K8 R2 beta from what I can see, so have at it.
