Code Camp 2009.1 wrap-up

So 515 people showed up for the Philly .NET Code Camp yesterday, what a crowd! The crowd for the IT Pro track was small but impressive, got to put some community faces to names for the first time.

Much love and kudos to Gil Kirkpatrick and Eric Fleischman for making the trip from Phoenix and Redmod, respectively, to deliver a trio of outstanding sessions.

Look forward to seeing everyone again in October!

Thanks a lot Laura for putting on the IT Pro track and getting such great speakers. My group really enjoyed the entire day. Eric was outstanding!! I could have listened to him all day long. He would make a great college professor. I'll probably have an entry in my blog about what I picked up from Eric.

I also really liked Brandon and just meeting everyone that I only knew through usernames and/or email addresses.

I see the next one is on October 17th. Unfortunately Metallica decided to play in VA that day and I already have tickets so I won't make that one but I'll be there next April for sure.

For anyone that didn't go you missed a lot of great information and you should definitely go in the future.
