    Word of Mouth Marketing: How Smart Companies Get People Talking.

    Anyone who works in the service industry in any capacity should read this book – took me probably an hour on the plane from front to back.

    The chief lessons to take away?

    • In the age of the Internet, all marketing is word of mouth marketing
    • Companies are not the what our traditional marketing campaigns say we are; rather, we are what our clients say we are
    • You have no greater advocate in all the world, than that of a ridiculously loyal client
