    “Geneva” Server Beta 2 Oddity

    Whatever you do, don’t delete the /FederationPassive and /Card application directories out of IIS thinking that a Repair or re-install of the Geneva Server bits will re-configure them for you – neither of them will.

    If you delete either one by accident, you can manually re-configure them by pointing them to the following folders, running both under the GenevaAppPool identity:

    • /Card – C:\inetpub\IdentityServer\ProvisioningUX.Web
    • /FederationPassive – C:\inetpub\IdentityServer\WSFederationPassive.Web
