I’ve got an fdisk and I’m not afraid to use it…

So in-between relaxing this weekend, I finally found a few hours to flatten and re-load both of my laptops to move from the Win7 RC to the final RTM, as well as the Office 2010 technical preview.

The Win7 install? As easy as the betas and RCs were…I just can’t say enough about how easy the Win7 dogfooding process has been. One of the beta builds had a nearly debilitating issue with Office 2007 freezing up, but that only lasted a few weeks before a subsequent build made it better.

Office 2010? A much more incremental change so far, I think I’d notice more if my Exchange box were running 2010 along with the new version of Outlook. I’m sure there’s some little niceties that I haven’t noticed yet, but it seems stable enough, at least.
